What if I need to move an appointment?
Give us 24 hours' notice and we'll rebook it without charge. Weather delays are confirmed by email and text first thing in the morning.
Do I need to be at home?
No. Gate codes and notes sit in the job pack, and you'll receive a photo update the same day so you can see the results.

Do you take away green waste?
We can take it under our waste carrier licence or stack it neatly for your compost or council collection. We'll log what left the site for your records.
